Service Description
Join our Beach & Bon Fire Picnic on the Second Saturday of every month. Summer & Fall - 6 pm to 9 pm. Winter & Spring - 3 pm to 6 pm. This excludes time spent traveling and assembling at the starting and exit points. Every month, we shall pick a scenic spot at a beach across the Bay Area to picnic, network, and have a good time as we watch the sun set and enjoy the cozy bonfire/fire pit. We will have icebreakers, games, volleyball, and we can fly kites, play frisbee, and/or badminton. After sunset, we’ll gather around the fire pits to enjoy some s’mores, corn on the cob, and karaoke. Remember to bring your guitars and share your talents with everyone! We will have rustic picnic food, snacks, and beverages throughout the day at the picnic table. Healthy yet delicious, sourced from local businesses around the Bay Area. There will be vegetarian and vegan options available. Kindly let us know your preferences and allergies when registering. This event is mainly for socializing/networking/photography. For private bookings and larger groups, kindly fill out our contact form, and we shall get back to you. We will customize the event, date, time, activities, decor, and food accordingly. We will send you a list of our prices, pictures, and the menu for the add-ons and customization. Disclaimer: Pictures are from our past picnics. Food and location will vary. Our desserts are healthy. No two picnics will look the same.
Cancellation Policy
1. We require a minimum of five participants. In the event of cancellation, on our part, we will refund you the full amount. 2. In case of Bad Weather, we will postpone instead. 3. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy if you want a full refund. You have to cancel 48 hours before the event; otherwise, there will be no refund. There will be no refund for no shows either. 4. We require you to sign a waiver for your safety and ours. Do not forget your water bottles, sunscreen, protective gear/shoes, and hiking poles (If necessary).
