Luxury High Tea Picnic. Occasions: Dates, Friendsgiving, Team Building, Fun Experience, Get-togethers, Proposals, Celebrations, Birthdays, Bridal Party, Graduations, Anniversaries, Maternity Photoshoots, Proms, Pet Birthdays & Celebrations, etc Package Includes: 1. Two hours of picnic time for two people. For bigger parties, please fill out our contact form, and we shall get back to you with more details 2. Setup & Cleanup: Floor Setup: Waterproof Tarp, Floor Covering, Assorted Throw Blankets & Pillows Table Setup: Handmade Picnic Table, Table Runner, Faux Floral Arrangement, Candles, Water Carafe, Charger, Plates, Silverware, Glassware, Linen Napkins, etc Other Essentials: Hand Sanitizer, Phone Charger, Wine Opener, Waste Bin, Customized Letter Board, Umbrella Note: 1. On payment & registration, pick a theme, and let us know through our email communication: Cozy Luxury: White, neutral beige, and cream tones. Cool Luxury: Various shades of blue, greens, grey, and white tones Warm Luxury: Various pink, red, orange, and cream tones. Indian Luxury: Bright colors with beautiful motifs from India. We will include a navigation link, parking instructions, and a general map guide for the selected picnic location in a confirmation email after your booking is made and payment is finalized for the area that we mutually agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer Refunds for any services provided for luxury high tea picnics. We understand personal circumstances may change, so we allow users to reschedule a booking. Users who wish to reschedule a booking must give a 7-day notice before the scheduled booking. The new rescheduled date must be within 90 days of the original booking. Weather Conditions: Rescheduling is allowed for unpredictable or inclement weather. Suppose the forecast predicts severe weather (extreme heat, cold, rain, or wind) on the day of your event. In that case, we will allow you to reschedule the booking to any future available date within 90 days of your original booking. Please reach out to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking to let us know you wish to reschedule. If you prefer to proceed with your scheduled picnic, message us at least 24 hours in advance; there will be no rescheduling, and no refund will be issued in the event of inclement weather. We reserve the right to reschedule your picnic if the predicted weather can cause any water damage to our supplies and equipment. Your picnic starts at the scheduled time you selected during the booking. Thank you in advance for respecting our time as we respect yours, so please plan accordingly. We understand life gets in the way, so if you are running late, contact us ASAP. We offer a 10-minute grace period, but later arrivals are subject to late fees. Venue: Just about anywhere in the Bay Area! We host in-home/backyard, at local parks, and at private venues. We’re established in San Jose & San Francisco and know many scenic local spots for luxury picnics around the Bay Area. Kindly note that our picnic package is designed for two guests; food add-ons are per person, per add-on. Our picnic package for bigger groups is based on the confirmed headcount provided at the time of booking. Updated headcount must be communicated to our team. We're happy to accommodate them with prior notice and applicable fees. You must let us know 48 hours in advance. To ensure a smooth experience, please refrain from inviting unannounced guests, as this will result in additional charges or early cancellation of your picnic.
