Launch your own seasonal micro-business in the self-care industry, using our mini MBA workshop. Curriculum: Week 1: Identify your niche in cost-effective enterprises where minimalism is key, along with trend spotting and forecasting. Explore how repacking can stimulate innovation, discover your community, and learn how to avoid becoming a multi-level marketer and alienating friends and family. Understand the art of subtlety: networking is fundamental in business. Week 2: Business Models, Formalities & Operations - Review various operational models suitable for small and micro enterprises, including incorporation, legal protections, partnerships, collaborations, and strategic outsourcing. Week 3: Branding - Comprehensive overview of branding from A to Z. Week 4: Product Management - Covering product and inventory management, process improvements, and cost optimization, from sourcing raw materials to selling finished goods. Week 5: Accounting & Taxation for Micro Businesses - Focus on cost accounting, operation costs, product pricing strategies, creating spreadsheets/templates for tracking income and expenditures, and understanding sales tax, local taxes, and tariffs applicable to small and micro enterprises. Week 6: Digital Marketing 101 for Small and Micro Businesses. Week 7: Packaging - Importance, aesthetics, label creation, and the complexities of packaging. Week 8: Pitching & Selling - Techniques for selling products ethically, business ethics, and effectively pitching to investors. Week 9: Capstone Project - Develop a comprehensive business model that combines all the aforementioned concepts, and present a pitch deck including profitability analysis and forecasting. Week 10: Networking - Engage in icebreaker activities with fellow participants and receive a certification of completion and achievement. Live online classes are scheduled every Sunday, and attendance is compulsory. Additionally, guest interviews and lectures by industry experts, along with supplementary reading materials, will be made available for research and self-study during weekdays.

You will receive a certificate on completion of the workshop and capstone project. 4. On completion, you will be ready to start your own seasonal and self-care small and micro business.
