Gift yourself or your loved one a new, calming, healing, soothing, and cost-effective hobby with this Therapeutic Soaks & Scrubs Workshop. Learn to make your own therapeutic luxury foot/body soaks & scrubs from scratch for self-care. You will learn about how to make these products using toxic-free, chemical-free, organic, cruelty-free, sustainable, and eco-friendly, all-natural ingredients. Learn the Ayurvedic & other benefits of each Ingredient and gain In-depth knowledge on what's popular each season, how to use local ingredients, how various ingredients and scents pair with each other, etc. Gain access to blogs, additional reading materials, and resources while you follow our classes, live, online, and make Therapeutic Soaks & Scrubs, hands-on. Curriculum: Part 1: The purpose & benefits of soaks and scrubs The purpose & benefits of the ingredients Repurposing everyday ingredients in your pantry for skin care The equipment and supplies needed for making soaks and scrub Mixing & matching ingredients according to skin type Mixing & matching ingredients according to ailments Part 2: Measuring ingredients The safety precautions necessary when making soaks and scrubs Hands-on making - Three bath/foot soak Hands-on making - Three body scrubs How to use your soaks & scrubs for optimal & therapeutic effect The safety precautions necessary when using soaks and scrubs Packaging & storing soaks and scrubs We will send you the following on Registration so you can be prepared with the materials, ingredients, and equipment needed for making soaks and scrubs, a week ahead of the class: Step–by–Step Instructions, Chart: Ingredients & their therapeutic properties Ingredients & Containers List of blogs & resources Recipe and Formulation Worksheet to take notes during the session What you need: A microwave, a double boiler, oven mitts, a couple of wooden or metal spoons, a strong wifi connection, a cleaning cloth, glass measuring cups, measuring spoons, mixing bowls (non-plastic), a kitchen scale, and an apron. We will not provide this. Duration: 2 Hrs of live online class On completion, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement. Capstone Project: The soaks & scrubs that you will make hands-on.

You will receive a certificate on completion of the workshop and capstone project. 4. On completion, you will be ready to start your own seasonal and self-care small and micro business.
